Intoto is a new software company with multiple solutions and target audiences. We created a name, logo, and a messaging handbook to help win new business quickly. The handbook was critical for sales and marketing to hit the ground running. The book enabled employees to know how to speak to different target audiences and understand the emotional and rational drivers that lead to purchase.
Software is intangible, you have to keep messaging simple and clearly communicate the benefits so anyone can understand what it does, and how it can help their business. We interviewed key employees and customers and researched competitors key messages. Once the information gathering was complete we went to work to produce the key messages.
